The winter temperatures are in full force, but it might be a great time to start a major clean out.

For those that just weather the winter weather, the good news is that we are nearly half way to spring. More good news is that there is time to get some major clean out projects done, before warmer weather arrives. Many people want to wait for better temperatures for clean out projects, but then the desire to work in the yard takes over. We think it’s wise to take a week during the cold weather and clean out that attic, basement, garage or storage space. Taking a couple trips out to the dumpster in the driveway each evening is an easy approach to big project. It can even be a family project, because many hands make light work.

Once the junk is gone, organizing the open space will be a treat for the OCD family member. By the time this is done, spring weather will be here and the cabin fever can be dealt with in the garden.
